PT. ACS is a business unit of PT. Aerowisata a subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia is also engaged in the business catering for the flight. PT. Aero Catering Service began operations in 1974 and currently employs as many as 1365 employees. The head office and production center in Jakarta ACS are in an area International Airport Soekarno - Hatta. Besides in Jakarta, PT. ACS also has branches in various cities in Indonesia, including in Batam, Medan, Makassar, Denpasar, Balikpapan and Surabaya.
Task
ACS (Aero Catering Service) is part of Garuda subsidiaries engaged in the provision of catering or a meal in flight. All branches of the ACS is now capable of producing as many as 65,500 meals every day. As for the ACS in Jakarta is capable of producing 35,000 meals daily servings. In the production process, ACS has adopted international standards in accordance with standard ISO 9001-2001. For flights of Garuda, the ACS also prepare food for special orders such passengers: vegetarian meal, kosher meal, diabetic meal, gluten or sugar free meal, low fat meal, soft diet meal, a \ and a low salt diet meal. For Garuda passengers who will order special meals must be booked at the time of reservation.Order a special meal can be made at least three days before the date keberangatan.
